Healing works in conjunction with other healthcare and medical treatments. It is advised to continue to seek medical assistance when unwell. These healings are however believed to boost recovery, growth and development. Recovery time from accidents, injuries and surgeries can also be much faster with regular energy healing treatments, which are often felt as deeply relaxing and enjoyable.
Energy healing is completely safe and is about boosting the amazing self-healing power of the body on all levels: physical, etheric, emotional, mental and even on the soul level.
You are in charge of your healing and how you use the energies, will be decided subconsciously, by your “higher-self”. You will only receive what you are ready for, and process what you are equipped to deal with. It is safe for pregnant women, elderly people and even children.
Everything within our universe is made up of energy, including our own physical body, thoughts and emotions. These energies vibrate at different frequencies. Healing practitioners do not need physical contact to channel energy. It is done by utilizing the mind, intentions, and life force energies to support recipients in their healing. It can be sent to anyone, anywhere and anytime as the energy is not measured by time and space. Distant healing sessions work the same as the in-person session.

Each session is unique and the recipient will receive healing according to what is most required in their life at that moment. There is no need to connect online during the healing session unless it is a consultation session. During the session, you can relax, read a book, meditate or sleep. I will connect with you energetically to start the healing.
During a healing session, you may experience:

- ease of pain and tension in the body,
- peace and clarity. Some may
- tingling sensation or
- temperature shifts.
Even if you feel nothing, energy is still flowing and is working. Some are sensitive enough to know which area of the body is coming into alignment. They may find a deep state of meditation, or experience an emotional release. They may also receive intuitive guidance in some areas such as relationships, work, spiritual well-being, personal growth, or health.
Please do not drive or operate heavy machinery while the healing session is in progress.
Each session is unique and it depends on how open the recipient is to the energies. Healing can occur in different ways. A deep level of clearing and healing will start within different levels of your being. Most of the recipients feel an increase in energy and a relaxed mind. However, some might feel a bit tired or even emotional. This is completely normal and is a temporary aspect of healing. Healing session will improve your overall mental and physical well-being.
It is recommended to take rest and drink plenty of water after the session. Listen to your body. Try gentle exercise or meditation.
Clients feel changes in their energy after the first session and sometimes can take longer depending on the condition. Recommendation is to start with the first consultation session which includes a zoom session. This session gives an opportunity to discuss any concerns and issues. You can then book multiple sessions according to the requirement.
