Chakras are subtle energy centers in a human body and are recognised by many traditions around the world. The word chakra is derived from sanskrit language which means a wheel, circle or disc. There are 7 main chakras that run along the spine starting at the root or base of the spine.

Each chakra is connected to the different organs of our body and influences the physical as well as mental health. To understand it clearly, let’s take an example of sacral chakra which is associated with creativity and sensuality. It is responsible for good functioning of the kidney, pleasure, and overall enjoyment in life. Throat chakra is connected to communication, if you are unable to communicate properly in your relationships or at work that indicates blockage or unbalanced throat chakra.

Busy schedules, high demanding lifestyle, physical/emotional traumas, and stress can slowly build up into energy blockages. Blocked energy can manifest in our physical body and leads to ailments. We always look for solutions outside like medicines and supplements but never think about finding the root cause and fixing it.

My spiritual energy healing session focuses on channeling energy into seven chakras by fixing the issues at the root level. All my sessions are infused with amazing healing powers of modalities like Ashati, Alsemia and Reiki and aids in clearing blockages and balancing chakras. It aims to promote a free flow of energy to restore balance and a sense of wellbeing.

Note: The session can be done via distant healing so that you can gain all the benefits from the comfort of your home. Connecting via zoom is not required unless it is a first consultation. Both distant healing and in person sessions are available.

Recommendation for booking: Clients feel changes in their energy after the first session and sometimes can take longer depending on the condition. Start with a single session and then book multiple sessions.

First consultation session
2-3 sessions for energy boost (1 session per week)
3-5 sessions for mild conditions (1 session per week)
7 or more sessions for chronic conditions (2 sessions per week)
Ongoing monthly sessions to maintain wellbeing
